Do I have a right of withdrawal?

Yes. Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal under the Norwegian Cancellation Act (angrerettloven), counted from the day you receive your order.

Does it apply to food?

The right of withdrawal applies to unopened cans in undamaged condition. For health and hygiene reasons, sealed food products cannot be returned once the seal has been broken (angrerettloven § 22 e).

How do I withdraw?

Notify us at shop@pursea.no within 14 days of delivery — a short e-mail is enough, or you may use the standardised cancellation form (available on request). Return shipping is at your cost unless the items are faulty or wrongly delivered. We refund within 14 days of your notice, and may withhold the refund until we have received the goods or proof that they have been sent.

What if my order is damaged or wrong?

Contact us at shop@pursea.no and we'll replace or refund it, with return shipping on us.
