Where do you ship?

We currently ship within Norway. Retailers, importers and restaurants outside Norway are welcome to write to us at shop@pursea.no or see our For Restaurants & Foodservice page.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes — free shipping on all orders over 349 kr within Norway. For smaller orders, the shipping rate is shown at checkout before you pay.

How long does delivery take?

We process orders within 1–3 working days. Delivery normally takes 2–5 working days with Bring/Posten, depending on where in Norway you live.

Where is my order?

You'll receive a confirmation e-mail when your order is on its way. If you have any questions about your delivery, contact us at shop@pursea.no.

How do I return something?

See our Refund policy for your right of withdrawal. If anything is wrong with your order, e-mail shop@pursea.no and we'll make it right.
