Terms of service

These terms apply to consumer purchases from this store, operated by PurSea AS (org. nr. 923 853 456), Bukkøya 1, 8193 Rødøy, Norway. Contact: shop@pursea.no.

All prices include Norwegian VAT (mva). Your order is confirmed by e-mail, and a binding agreement is concluded when we confirm your order. Payment is processed at checkout via the methods shown there.

Delivery takes place as described in our Shipping policy. Consumers have a right of withdrawal as described in our Refund policy. Complaints (reklamasjon) are handled under the Norwegian Consumer Purchases Act (forbrukerkjøpsloven) — contact us at shop@pursea.no and we will resolve it.

Norwegian law applies. If we cannot reach agreement, you may bring the matter to the Norwegian Consumer Authority (Forbrukertilsynet) for mediation, and if needed to the Consumer Disputes Committee (Forbrukerklageutvalget).
