Red curry rice for two

The warmer sibling. One can, dinner for two — or the filling for a very good pita.
You need
- 1 can Red Seaweed Purée
- Rice for two — or warm pita bread
- Chicken, shrimp or vegetables
- Optional: red onion, something crunchy, yoghurt
Method
- Cook the rice (or warm the pita).
- Sear your protein or vegetables.
- Stir in the can, simmer for two minutes.
- Over rice — or spooned into pita with onion and crunch.

Note: contains fish (fish sauce) — the way a proper red curry wants it.
