Red Seaweed Purée in warm pita

Red curry rice for two

The warmer sibling. One can, dinner for two — or the filling for a very good pita.

You need

  • 1 can Red Seaweed Purée
  • Rice for two — or warm pita bread
  • Chicken, shrimp or vegetables
  • Optional: red onion, something crunchy, yoghurt

Method

  1. Cook the rice (or warm the pita).
  2. Sear your protein or vegetables.
  3. Stir in the can, simmer for two minutes.
  4. Over rice — or spooned into pita with onion and crunch.
