Chickpeas, coconut milk, red chilli and red curry paste, with blanched Arctic kelp (26%) — and a measure of fish sauce, the way a proper red curry wants it. Warmer than the green, equally ready: eat it as it is, spread it, or build dinner on it in ten minutes.
How to use
- Heat and serve over rice — one can, dinner for two
- Simmer with chicken, shrimp or vegetables
- Straight from the can when nobody's watching
- Spread in a wrap with something crunchy

Grown by PurSea on lines in our own sea at Rødøy, on the Helgeland coast of Northern Norway. Cold, clear water; no farmland, no fresh water, no fertiliser. Cooked and canned in Lofoten.

Unopened: 3–5 years at room temperature. Opened: refrigerate and use within 3–4 days. No cold chain needed — that's the can doing its job.
