Ten-minute green curry from a can

One can, one pot, ten minutes. Green curry that tastes like you planned ahead.
You need
- 1 can Green Seaweed Purée
- Rice or noodles for two
- Whatever needs using: vegetables, tofu, chicken
- Optional: a splash of coconut milk, fresh coriander, lime
Method
- Cook the rice.
- Sear your vegetables or protein in a hot pan.
- Stir in the whole can, let it bubble for two minutes. Thin with coconut milk if you like it saucier.
- Serve over the rice. Coriander and lime on top if you have them.

The kelp gives the curry a depth that usually takes hours — that's the whole trick.
