Ten-minute green curry from a can

One can, one pot, ten minutes. Green curry that tastes like you planned ahead.

You need

  • 1 can Green Seaweed Purée
  • Rice or noodles for two
  • Whatever needs using: vegetables, tofu, chicken
  • Optional: a splash of coconut milk, fresh coriander, lime

Method

  1. Cook the rice.
  2. Sear your vegetables or protein in a hot pan.
  3. Stir in the whole can, let it bubble for two minutes. Thin with coconut milk if you like it saucier.
  4. Serve over the rice. Coriander and lime on top if you have them.
