Green curry, ready when you are.

Mung beans, coconut milk and green curry paste, rounded out with blanched Arctic kelp (26%). Mild heat, real depth, ready to eat as it is — or heat it and pour it over rice, noodles or roasted vegetables and call dinner done. One can is a sauce for two.

How to use

  • Heat and serve over rice or noodles
  • Straight from the can as a spread or dip
  • Simmer with vegetables or tofu for a 10-minute curry
  • Thin with coconut milk for a soup

Our kelp

Grown by PurSea on lines in our own sea at Rødøy, on the Helgeland coast of Northern Norway. Cold, clear water; no farmland, no fresh water, no fertiliser. Cooked and canned in Lofoten.

Shelf life & storage

Unopened: 3–5 years at room temperature. Opened: refrigerate and use within 3–4 days. No cold chain needed — that's the can doing its job.
