Chickpeas, garlic, lemon, cumin — everything hummus should be — plus blanched Arctic kelp (23%) that adds a savoury depth you can't quite place until you read the can. Naturally a source of protein and fibre. Dip into it, spread it thick, drop a spoonful on a grain bowl, or eat it standing at the counter. We won't tell.
How to use
- Dip for vegetables and flatbread
- Spread on rye or in a wrap
- Base layer in a grain or salad bowl
- Side to grilled anything

Grown by PurSea on lines in our own sea at Rødøy, on the Helgeland coast of Northern Norway. Cold, clear water; no farmland, no fresh water, no fertiliser. Cooked and canned in Lofoten.

Shelf life & storage
Unopened: 3–5 years at room temperature. Opened: refrigerate and use within 3–4 days. No cold chain needed — that's the can doing its job.
