Open can. Spread. Better lunch. This is less a recipe than a habit worth having.
Three combinations that work
- Seaweed Pesto + thick sourdough + halved cherry tomatoes + flaky salt
- Sea Hummus + rye + cucumber + a lot of black pepper
- Sea Hummus + toast + a fried egg on top (the Sunday version)
The wildcard
Red Seaweed Purée, cold, straight onto warm bread — deeper, warmer, unexpectedly good.

One can covers most of a week of lunches. Refrigerate after opening, use within 3–4 days.
